By accessing or using thepinkparties.com ("Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Tickets and Purchases
Ticket sales are processed through Dice (dice.fm). The Pink Party and ROAR Events are not responsible for Dice's platform, refund policies, or service interruptions. All sales are final unless an event is cancelled, in which case refunds will be issued per Dice's refund policy.
3. SMS / Join the List
By joining the SMS list you consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts from The Pink Party about events, presales, and announcements. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP at any time to opt out. Text HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, photography, event art, and copy — is the property of The Pink Party, ROAR Events, or their licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Pink Party and ROAR Events are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at events.
